All of our pieces are handcrafted with detail and care. We always clean and double check the item before we hand it to our customer. However, sometimes human error could not be avoided. If your jewelry is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. Please ensure you refer to our terms and conditions to confirm whether your specific situation falls within this provision.
